1. Pure Kratom LLC will not sell product to a Customer whose card billing address or residence is in a state or jurisdiction where the sale of Kratom is prohibited.
2. Pure Kratom LLC will only ship product to the Customer’s United States card billing address.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is canceled after payment is received, there is a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy
On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange.
Pure Kratom LLC does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.) All orders are thoroughly inspected at Pure Kratom LLC and adequately packed before shipment.
Pure Kratom LLC does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer. Pure Kratom LLC does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer.
NOTICE: All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. All Pure Kratom LLC products are packaged in heat sealed zip-locks. This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Pure Kratom LLC reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.
In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Pure Kratom LLC requires a return of the original product. While we do not require that a product returned for store credit be in unopened and untampered condition, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests. Pure Kratom LLC also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. Pure Kratom LLC will not reship a returned item for any reason.
